From time to time, RemedyWave may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and for other general communication.

External Data Storage Sites
We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted. All servers are located within the United States. RemedyWave is not a website hosting or data center hosting company. We do not provide any methods for customers to store their business data on our servers. RemedyWave only provides a variety of technical support services, and various IT Department workflow assessment services, to customers.
RemedyWave only stores basic account details about each customer. The data may include: company name, contact name, email address, technical support plan, and payment history. No customer credit card details or banking details are ever stored on any of our servers. All data from customers, regardless of their geographic location, is stored on servers located within the United States. The limited information that we store is fully encrypted, both when the data is at rest, and when the data is ever transmitted between servers.
